DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Protecting intellectual property rights in our gaming entertainment platform

Our Copyright Commitment

At Flektron, we take intellectual property rights seriously. Our social casino gaming platform respects the creative work of developers, artists, and content creators. We've built our entertainment experience around original gaming content and properly licensed materials — and we expect the same respect for others' intellectual property.

This policy follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) guidelines and explains how copyright holders can request removal of potentially infringing content from our platform. Since we're focused purely on entertainment gaming without real money gambling, most of our content involves game graphics, sound effects, and interactive gaming elements.

Entertainment Platform Notice

Flektron is an entertainment-only social casino platform. We do not offer real money gambling or monetary prizes. All gaming content is designed for players 18+ for entertainment purposes only.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on Flektron infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice should be thorough but straightforward — we review each submission carefully and respond quickly to valid claims.

Identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Be specific about what content belongs to you and where it originally appeared.

Locate the infringing material on our platform. Provide specific URLs or detailed descriptions of where the content appears on Flektron.

Include your contact information — full name, address, phone number, and email address so we can reach you about your claim.

Provide a statement of good faith that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.

Include a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your complete DMCA notice, we'll review it within 2-3 business days. If the claim appears valid, we'll remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly. We'll also notify the user who posted the content about the takedown and provide them with information about filing a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Keep in mind that filing false or bad faith DMCA claims can result in legal consequences. We take both copyright protection and fair use seriously, so please ensure your claim is legitimate before submitting.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice. This process exists to protect against false claims while respecting legitimate copyright concerns.

Your counter-notice should include identification of the removed content, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of federal court. We'll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant, who then has 10-14 business days to file a court action. If they don't, we may restore your content.
